The whole boat is yours: no neighbouring meetings behind the wall, no staff passing through, just your party and the water outside the windows.
How a conference on board works
Choose a half day (4 hours) or a full day (8 hours). Coffee, water and final cleaning are always included; lunch and snacks come from Stockholm catering partners, or straight to the quay when you want something simpler. The saloon seats 2–6 around the table — a format that makes the boat one of Stockholm's most focused settings for a leadership team, a board or a small project group.
Combine the meeting with an archipelago cruise
Want to end the day at sea? With crew, charter is added by the hour — an evening hour past Djurgården and Fjäderholmarna is a popular way to wrap up before dinner. Mention it in your enquiry and we'll plan the route.

- Do we have the boat to ourselves?
- Yes — conference at the quay means the boat is private, no crew on board. No outside staff during your meeting.
- What's included?
- The boat privately, coffee & water and cleaning afterwards. Lunch and additional catering are added separately as needed.
- Can we add lunch?
- Yes — we bring in catering from Stockholm partners, or order via Wolt straight to the boat for something quicker. Note it in your enquiry.
- How late can we book and cancel?
- Booking is often possible the day before if the quay is free. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start.
