A yacht can be a meeting room, transport and event venue, but not always all three at once. A clear purpose and the right guest count determine the format.
Meeting or reception
A focused meeting works best for 2–6 around the saloon table, up to 8. For a dockside reception M/Y Gaia can host up to 25. While cruising, the limit is 12 passengers.
Dockside event or charter
A dockside event offers more capacity and stable logistics. A charter adds views and movement but requires crew, weather planning and a smaller guest count.
Food, drinks and technology
Plan service style, delivery timing and any AV early. Basic needs can be handled aboard, while larger production requires an external partner and a clear technical review.
A central starting point
